Identity hiring/ utilising of skill sets (for training purposes as our brief).:
- Skill sets available within the current team / to be hired team
- Skill sets that can be arranged from sister hotels of the brand. To be charged directly to the owning company. Pre cost approval required.
- Skill sets that will be arranged from stand alone dining / other sources thru us. To be charged directly to the owning company. Pre cost approval required.
Finalizing contracts with specialized international or Indian culinary talents, if required, post cost – deliverables approvals

Development of beverage menu
Trials : Supervision of Dry runs and food trials
Final menu presentation & sign off
